“For the last time young lady!” said her exasperated mother, rising up off of all fours. “There’s nothing hiding under your bed!, so would you please get back in it and go to sleep!” Her daughter tentatively climbed back in and slid under duvet. “You’re getting a bit old to be believing in things hiding under your bed!” she gently chided, as she gave her daughter a motherly kiss. “You’ll be telling me next, that there’s something hiding in your closet!”
